She Walks. | "She talks." | She Thinks.
He ignored her. Ignored her. The act in itself, though many weeks ago, set her on fire. She could not believe the amount of disrespect he had shown her. Sure she had not been the kindest, but she wanted to fight. She wanted to argue. She wanted to prove she was no punk ass. She was tough, no matter what Kharak spoke of her character. She wanted to be rid of him, to be rid of these lands. So she moved from the claimed boundaries. She did not know where she would go, but since Beowulf had discovered her in Adar, she wanted to go to Arit. She did not know what the lands held for her, but anything was better than Khalsa. She hated this place and all the wolves that were in it - except for Tayas. That sweet soul needed to be saved. But she knew she would not be the one to do it. Tayas would have to experience real love, love for herself, before she could open her eyes to the idea of being saved.
Siren was determined to find a cool place to relax. For whatever reason, this day was feeling extra hot. It was not even summer and it felt like a heat wave was attacking her backside ruthlessly. She walked forward, not really sure where she was going. Her head constantly turned back to make sure she was not being followed. But as she was walking, right near the boundary of the pack, she could feel something different rolling around in her body. She started to cramp and feel like she had to do something to stop the pains. Pulling her pelvis forward, and lifting her tail upwards, she crouched close to the ground. Pushing and struggling, her front legs wobbled to keep her still upright. Soft whimpers and sighs escaped her lips as she closed her eyes. The pain was excruciating and she could not recall the last time she had actually completed this task.
When the large mass landed on the ground, she felt a weight off her bowels. She turned back around, sniffed it a couple of times, and then continued on her path. She was feeling a little lighter, and the sun was still beating down against her spine. Continuing on her trail, she finally found a body of water, and like the last - it was lush with life. She was amazed that so many lands had water and none of Khalsa did. Kharak liked to control their pleasure, that much was sure. Seeing an opening to the water, she raced forward - as fast as she could. Her paws touched the water, and the splashing commenced. She was excited to be near the water once again. She probably loved water more than anything these days. She laid in the water, allowing it to cool down her body and help to fight the ever pressing heat.
