[attr="class","pltxt"]She had been a member of Airila for a little of three months now she she still felt like a stranger to the area. She had hardly met any of her packmates making her feel relatively lonely. The only two members she met were two males by the names of Mufasa and Aeris who was just a young pup. Her meeting with Mufasa hadn’t been the best one for the large male kept questioning everything she said, speculating every word that came out of her maw. The more she thought about it more, the more she realized she couldn’t really blame him. She had woken up on their land making her a trespasser and she said that she didn’t know how she got there. If the roles were reversed, Ari would have felt the same way the male did but it still left a bad taste in her mouth and she wasn’t sure if she were to ever want to encounter him again. He was merciful enough to accept her into the pack and Ari didn’t want to make him change his mind. Perhaps in time the two could have a more pleasant encounter but only time would tell.
Aeris on the other hand had been extremely welcoming but part of it could be because of her age. The female hadn’t even hit a year old yet which made her still a puppy and puppies were easily excitable and often letting curiosity getting the better of them. Though the young female had made questions for the larger female, she didn’t mind her company for she was extremely nice and Ari honestly needed something like that. Due to the lack of encountering others, she felt like she wasn’t welcome and that others purposely tried to avoid her but that encounter with Aeris made her think different, maybe she was just paranoid and that she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time when she wanted to meet others. If she would want to meet others, she would have to continue to go search for them and not just hope that they would come seeking for her.
There was only one problem with that though and that was that the weather lately had made it impossible to leave where she had found shelter for from the snow. It had been snowing consistently these past couple days and the temperatures had continued to drop making going outside unfavorable. However, today the snow had finally let up which allowed Ari to go out if she wished which she did so she set out from the packs dens hoping to encounter someone or to at least get some food since she was borderline starving. As she made her ways out of shelter she found in the cave that went under the mountain, she began to make her way to the forest that covered most of the Shyia from what she had heard. Even though the snow had stopped, the temperatures still hadn’t warmed up enough to melt the snow the nestled itself on the ground. With each step she took, she could feel the cold shooting up her paw into her leg as the chilly wind brushed against her paws that were soak and wet from the snow. Ari was beginning to regret her decision to leave the cave and she began to hope that leave would end up being wouldn’t be for nothing.
