History: The leaves in the northern parts of Anikira were beginning to change colors when Esme and Callisto first met. The two of them were very young and were brand new lovers. According to their peers, they were making dumb mistakes but the pair had just entered their honeymoon phase. Esme had gone into heat much earlier that year than she had expected to so the two canines decided to consummate their love for one another. The pair had been too caught up in the moment that they didn’t take the time to think about what might happen. A few weeks later, Esme began to show signs of being pregnant and that is when the reality of the consequences of their past actions hit them. The two Dire wolves had no knowledge about 

raising a family since this was their first time and neither of them had ever been around someone who had raised a family aside from their parents. Panic started to consume them as they tried to come up with a plan since there was no stopping her from carrying the unborn pups. 

It was the beginning of winter when Esme and Callisto had their litter. It was much smaller than they had expected it to be. Only a single pup emerged from her birthing canal and it happened to be a male. Despite not knowing a single thing about parenthood, the pair felt an immediate bond with the newborn pup. After much debate, the pair ended up naming the ebony and brown male Elias. His parents did the best they could to raise but in the end, Callisto was his favorite parent. Perhaps it was because he often let the impressionable may get away with doing something that would be considered bad. If Elias were to ask for something, his dad would do whatever he could to find it. His mother on the other hand, tried to enforce the rules that she deemed fit which Dire pup did not like. Elias would always end up in some sort of fit whenever his mother was watching him.

Months passed and Elias’s fits only got worse. Instead of screaming like he normally would, he would start to claw at his throat. Esme and Callisto tried their best to stop it but it seemed to be a habit that could not be broken. Anytime this sort of fit were to happen, he would lose touch with reality, causing him to be so out of mind. He is rendered speechless whenever it occurs and the duration of it varies each time. His mother could no longer handle him so she ended up leaving his life at a young age. Elias wasn’t phased in the slightest though as his father came to the rescue. Everything seemed to go back to normal now since Callisto was letting his son do whatever he wanted. The one day, his father never returned from going to get food. No matter where he looked, Callisto was nowhere in sight. His father was his entire world and the loss of him caused him to lose his sense of reality indefinitely. 

Personality: They way Elias was raised has really affected who he is. If he wants something, he expects to get whatever it is. When things don’t go his way, he breaks into a fit and scratches viciously at his neck. He loses touch with reality and is often rendered speechless and his face will twitch. The Dire wolf was spoiled from the beginning making him feel entitled to just about everything. The best word to describe him would be a man baby because of his immaturity. Despite all of that, Elias is very practical and is able to help lead others. This makes him a helpful individual as long as you can tolerate him. 

Aside from getting what he wants, loyalty and trust is something that is very important to him. Elias will likely serve someone that has true power and knowledge but they have to be worthy. He will put all his trust in this individual and make himself vulnerable to them and can easily be molded into a puppet. He will trust whoever his “boss” deems trustworthy and if any of them were to betray the Dire male, he would be sent into a frenzy that is hard to stop.
