The meeting had been a surprisingly long one. He had been working so hard lately trying to get everything to run smoothly and trying to hold the head of Aludri above water. Hopefully the merger with Foraz would benefit both struggling packs, and he knew that he would need to prepare to meet the Foraz wolves at the border soon. But there was some time between the pack meeting and then. He had wanted to take her away the moment she had arrived shivering at the meeting, but he had already called the pack to him and he had been forced to stay and explain things. But he held her close, he breathed in her scent, and he barely contained himself. This season was different than the last, less harsh and much more promising of a beautiful future ahead. She would still be cold out in the open, but instead of leading her back to Lerelm where the rest of the pack typically congregated, he took her to the more private caverns of Issimor.
This was his preferred den from the start, with a beautiful view of the waters and the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the rocks and the coast. His thick coat protected him against the wind that blew off the water as he led her towards the caverns, his nose pressing into her fur lightly every once in a while. She smelled wonderful, and his tail arched over his back slightly as he enjoyed every moment of being near her. But unlike earlier in their relationship, he could not contain himself and behave this time. He had spent so much of his life worrying and being careful and catering to others that he was tired to not getting what he truly wanted in life. But with Alina things were different. She made him happy, she made life different. She gave him what he needed and as they stepped into the warmth of the caverns, he rested his head on top of her shoulders gently.
"Hello Beautiful." They had, of course, been together the entire time, but now that they were alone things were different. He did not have to be an example, he did not have to be mature and stoic. He stood still for a few moments, but it was not long before her scent filled the cave that surrounded them and overwhelmed him. His eyes opened slowly and he nibbled lightly at the base of her ear, his chest pressing lightly against her shoulder as he steered her further into the darkness of the caves. But his eyes adjusted quickly, and soon he could easily make out her pretty form in the shadows. His mind wanted him to speak to her, to say something smooth and romantic, but he could not think of a single thing to say. Instead he pressed his nose into her fur and trailed it down her back slowly, his eyes closed and his tail hanging in an arch behind him that pointed the tip up towards the ceiling of the cave.

He walks. "He Talks." He Thinks.
