[attr="class","wintersirenText1"]It was a beautiful day in the south. Siren had made her way from her main home, resting before the lands of the newly claimed ones. She liked the new place to explore and see. She was so excited to have more room to roam around in. She could see new places, stretch her legs, and find new places to hide within. She liked to be alone as well, this gave her a better chance of doing that. Siren picked herself up and moved for the shallows. The water touched the sand and her paws were in both of them. She moved further into the water, where her stomach was grazing the surface. Her tail was dragging in the water as she moved around. The water rippled away from her form, and she watched them for a time, but wasn't really too focused on the changes around her. She was watching what looked like the form of some fish swimming around. Blue eyes trained on the figures. They moved together, but also separate. It felt like she was watching these fish in their little pack. No matter where they went, they always came back together. They were a family - maybe? She thought about it a little bit and then it was wiped from her mind.
Carefully she traversed through the large liquid, making sure to not disrupt the water the best she could. She moved the best she could, but a few already knew what was happening. Maybe they had been hunted before, or maybe seen others being hunted. She wasn't sure what they knew or what they didn't. All she knew was she was going to have one of them in her jaws, she would rip it open and consume its flesh. It took a couple tries, some failures for sure - but she was not giving up. If there was anything that was most true about Siren, it was that she was not one to just give in. She had fallen in love with Kailque, which forced her to submit to him alone. Siren did not see it as giving up, if anything - she was seeing it as changing her life. They were growing and evolving together - separately. Finally she had a fish within her jaws. She bit down hard, the taste was something she had only had a few times before. The saltiness was something she enjoyed. Perhaps it was because it was different than the food she was used to. It was so unique and special. Taking her prize to shore, she laid down and started to rip into it. The scales stuck to her tongue, and she tried her best to get them out. Eventually, it resulted in Siren laying with the fish crossed over her forelegs and her tongue was dangling from her maw. She shook her head from side to side, brows furrowed, trying to force the scales from her wet muscle. She must have looked odd to someone other than herself, but she really wasn't too worried about that.
