[attr="class","wintersirenText1"]Life within Khalsa had changed drastically since she had first joined the pack. She had been forced into this life and she had taken it the best that she could. Finally, some things changed for the better. She was a slave, a tool to the males of the pack - to use and abuse. Of the worst in her eyes, held the top three - which eventually dropped to just two: Kharak, Kalique, and Beowulf. In their time together, Kalique and Siren found a love for one another - in each other. It was so strong, it was something that Siren herself could not even comprehend. She loved him though, whole-heartedly. Nothing could strip her love from the large and handsome male. They had been everything she wanted, she had always wanted a true and real love. He was giving that very thing, that wish to her. She wanted nothing more for her life, than to have many more litters with him, to raise their family with pride, and just be happy. She knew about the other doings he had going on, she knew about the others. She tried to force them from her mind, but it was hard to think about sharing her mate with any others. Siren knew why he had to, she would never forget the rage that forced him to harm her - forced one of her own babies to die in the womb. It was a sad realization, but it opened both of their eyes.
The other two demons that haunted her, they still lingered around the lands. Of course, Kharak was the leader, the Rajah. He wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. He would probably haunt her for the rest of her days. Siren came to respect him as a leader, after all, he had been the one to grant her the new role she now claimed as a way to protect her from other members of the pack. No other male, aside from Kalique, could touch her. She had to be thankful to him. She was not sure how Kalique had been able to convince the Rajah himself to give up one of his Ganika - but it was a well known fact that Kalique possessed such a wonderful and intelligent silver tongue. He had smooth-talked his way into Siren's heart and mind. The male had picked her, she was blessed. Together, Kharak and Kalique, protected her from the demon with red eyes. Her hatred and disdain for him was something that was unmatched by any other. It overpowered her love for Kalique. The burning rage she felt every time she saw him - it was enough to make her feel sick with disgust. Why was he still around? He was close to Kalique and Kharak. She hated that. Every time she thought of that male, it made her ice cold eyes burn.
She made her way to the Southern Rim, a place where she really proved herself to Kalique. She looked over the side of the cliff, out to all the trees and foliage that laid beneath her. It was a beautiful sight, one she would never forget. She loved to come to this place, to remember why she had fallen in love with him in the first place.
