The cure has been found! Wolves on Anikira are recovering from the disease and life is moving forward with the promise of pups in many packs. And yet darkness looms on the horizon, daring the creatures of Anikira to relax and allow themselves to get comfortable once more.
you're the only thing I know and I don't wanna let this go
Things were nice around here; it was a far cry from their regular regions. Though she was still unnerved by the confrontation with the two males, V found that she enjoyed the openness of the plains around her and the general carefree attitude around these lands. They were still close by, and there was of course the threat of some of the males venturing after them, but she did not fear much. Leviathan was still close, and he would not allow anyone to harm her. She should have been offended by being sent away in such an abrupt manner, but she found that it did not bother her in any way. She had brought trouble upon them by her presence, and it was only Leviathan's obsession with her that kept things from turning nasty. It was hard to swallow that she had caused such a confrontation to turn worse than it already was, and they were lucky not to have that pack hot on their heels at this very moment.
She would admit, though, that she enjoyed watching the brute hunt their own kind. It was a shame that he saw it fit to send her away when it was likely the male was about to be flayed from the very bone. V marveled in the brute's strength, and it was satisfying to watch what they, as a pair, were capable of when his bloodlust kicked in. Once the confrontation turned nastier with Fel, it had only made sense for her to depart prior to her coming under fire as well. But she had miscalculated in her encounter with the two younger males.
The pale femme stayed close by, but far enough away so as not to disturb him. She did not want to invoke his ire. She was loyal to a fault, and so V had not even batted an eye at his dismissal of her. She was finally trusted enough to return when she was away from him. Their first year had been tumultuous, with an adolescent V seeking out some measure of freedom where Leviathan had been strict in his control of her. It took a while, but finally V had come to understand that everything was for her own good. He would protect her and take care of her in a way that no one else could. It was that feeling of protectiveness that had her not even question the first time he took her.
It was only natural, after all.
V was a beautiful femme, and he could not be expected to abstain because of her presence. She loved him in a way that no one else could. There were others, and the flairs of jealousy within her were dark and hateful. But he always came back to her, and that was what kept her grounded. She was his, as he was hers. The others meant little; they were nothing more than a means to an end. She did not know it was wrong, nor would she care if she had known any better. They were beautiful together. They were perfect.
There was only so much one could be told that they were the literal manifestation of a Goddess before the mentality settled in their subconscious. She was vain to a fault, and Leviathan had fostered that seed. He built her up in a way no one else could, and it was to a point that no one else would ever compare to his place in her life. She would stay by his side no matter what happened. He had saved her.
And she had saved him.

The female was wandering the lands, not really sure where she would go or why she would go there. She just wandered. She knew that she did not wish to return to the place of her birth. Her family was treacherous, and vile to a fault. She had missed her siblings, however and only wished the very best for them. The young female made her way casually through the unclaimed lands. It was rare to find one of her kind, especially within the lands where her kind had been created - made it even more odd. She knew that her coat was not the most regular thing she had ever seen, she had certainly not seen in on the backs of others - aside from her own bloodline. Roaming through the tall grasses, beneath the clear skies over head. She listened to the chirping sounds of crickets in the distance, the sound soothing and peaceful. She could smell the little creatures that had called this place home. But she didn't hunt them. She had already eaten hours ago and was still quite full from it.
She didn't remember the last time she had spoken to a wolf, but when she saw this large white form standing against the colors of the field, her eyes gravitated towards it. The closer she got, the larger the being got. Celetse's size was nothing to snuff at, but this wolf was very large, probably the biggest she had seen in all her travels. "Excuse me," her voice soft as a dove's wings, "could you tell me if you have seen any wolves that look like myself?" It would not hurt to ask the stranger if she had seen any of her siblings. The worst thing she could say would be no, but nothing more could come towards her. She made sure not to get too close, though it seemed like this female did not have a pack of her own either, no scent marker covered her that smelled like any of the ones that lingered in the claimed territories.

Jaidah is one of the albinos on the site, a brand new character brought to life by a brand new player. It is interesting to see how such a pure looking being could be wrapped up in the angsty claws that is Irkalla! We will definitely be staying in-tune with this character to see just what heights Bird is able to take her!
